The meeting was called to order by Don Jacobs at 7:05pm.  The minutes from the previous Board meeting were reviewed and approved. It was noted that the minutes need to be posted to the HOA website. 

Present at the meeting were:  Don Jacobs, June Krigman and Alair Emory. 

The dates for Dumpster Days were discussed – June 25.  Alair indicated that she could help organize the event but needed someone else to obtain the permit from Salt Lake County and to arrange for the gate to be unlocked for the event. 

It was noted that the magnets would be sent directly to Irwin Krigman’s office as he is helping to organize the entire mailer for the dues notices. 

June reported that there has been no change in the financials since last month’s report. 

A discussion was held regarding the proposed changes to Crestview Drive (one way street section).  Alair suggested that the homeowner’s that live on this section of the street be polled for their opinion regarding the proposed changes.   

The entrance way sign was discussed.  It was recommended that the text be made less  “boxy”.  Don said he would discuss this with Alpine Signs. 

Don discussed the proposed wildlife caution signs.  Alair reported that Jackie Fehr from the Wildlife Protection Society said she would contact the County in support of the proposed project. 

The Weilenmann Project was discussed.  It was recommended that the HOA as a whole receive information about this project. 

The next meeting is May 12 at 7 pm at PC Bread and Bagel.  A suggestion has been made to change the meeting dates.
