SPHA

The Summit Park Homeowners' Association (SPHA) was established to organize ongoing services for residents and to provide a forum for exchange of community information.  SPHA is a non-profit organization led by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by residents annually.  A list of the current Board members is found below.

Throughout the year, the SPHA invites speakers to present on community topics such as wildfire prevention, emergency planning, trail maintenance, etc.  Most recently, the SPHA has been working with Summit County on building and architectural issues in the community.  The SPHA provides community services such as the ever popular “Dumpster Days”.  We also host several social events to promote the enjoyment of the beautiful surroundings in which we live.

SPHA MEETINGS

General meetings of the Summit Park Homeowners' Association are held 4 times per year according to the above schedule.  These meetings are held at 7:30 pm at the Summit Park fire station.

To remind residents of upcoming meetings, signs are usually posted a few days before the meeting, generally by the stop sign at the bottom of the Parkview Drive-Frontage Road intersection and the Aspen Drive-Frontage Road intersection.  All residents are encouraged to attend these meetings;  it is a great way to meet your neighbors, obtain information, and provide input into the development of our community.

Missed a meeting?  No problem.  Check out the meeting minutes and stay informed! .
