Dumpster Days

1. If Board members are available, they are encouraged to come by the dumpsters on Sunday, June 28, 2009, 4:30 pm to do last minute clean up.
   

2. The only slot missing is Sunday, June 28, 2009, 11-2 pm.
   

Old Business

1. Hazard tree removal: contact Dale Jablonski.  He has time the week of June 15.
   

2. New fire gate on Woodland will be constructed in the coming month.  In order to avoid the gas line running underneath its current location, the gate will be moved 5 feet closer to the Summit Park side.
   

3. Firebreak and controlled pile burns: Alair is working with Salt Lake County Watershed to obtain
   

4. Wildlife caution signs: in order to get them installed, we must get county permission.  Signs can be purchased from company in Provo.  Installation cost.
   

5. Entrance signs and landscaping: contact Mike about pursuing the improvement on the entrance signs. 
   

6. Neighborhood complaint regarding shed construction (allowed by county).  The home is on plat C, which does not restrict this type of construction.  No action to be taken by SPHA at this time.
   

New Business

1. County was contacted and has agreed to remove culvert pipe abandoned on Parkview. 
   

2. Mark showed prototype of new SPHA meeting signage.  Board approved the prototype.
   

3. June will send Alair/Don the most current list of members just prior to Dumpster Days.
   

4. Race preparation for Sprint to the Summit has begun.
